- Description: The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston intends to issue solicitation N65236-07-R-0063 as a sole source contract to MitretekSystems, Inc., of 3150 Fairview Park Drive South, Falls Church, VA 22042-4519. SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston has a follow-on requirement for the independent and conflict-of-interest-free high-end Independent Systems Engineering, Technical Support, Acquisition Support and Scientific Services (ISETSAS & SS) procurement supporting a wide-range of systems engineering and technical assistance requirements identified in task orders issued against the contract. These services are for the FBI and other Government agencies. An Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Performance type contract is anticipated with a base year and two option years for a total estimated value of $9.9M. The FSC Code is R415. The NAICS Code is 541330 with a size standard of $23M. This is a notice of intent and is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
