- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented by additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. N65236-07-R-0094 is issued as a RFP. This procurement is under NAICS Code 423430 and is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. The material required under this procurement is 100 each 4 Port Copper NIC W/Bypass for the IPS 4260, PN IPS-4GE-BP-INT. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price type contract with a delivery of 90 day after award of contract. This procurement will list one line item. CLIN 0001: Quantity/Unit of issue 100 each 4 Port Copper NIC W/Bypass for the IPS 4260, PN IPS-4GE-BP-INT. Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. Required delivery date: 90 days after award of contract. Place of Delivery: Receiving Officer, SPAWAR, System Center Charleston, 2921 Avenue B North, Bldg 1639, North Charleston, SC 29405-1639, Attn: Richard Bailey, Code 521RB. Charges for freight and other related charges, if any, are to be included in the unit price.
