- Subject synopsis covers a Repair Requirements Contract which will include a two year base period and three one year option periods with sole source EDO Corp (CAGE 82340) in N Amityville, NY. Contract will provide coverage for Transmitter Control 7R 5865 01-357-7709, P/N 399346-2, 20 ea per year and Integrated Receiver 7R 5865 00-026-0188, P/N 399346-1, 20 ea per year. Delivery will be FOB Origin. The subject items require government source approval prior to contract award, as the items are considered flight critical and the technical data package is not available. Only the source previously approved by the government for this item has been solicited. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award can not be delayed pending approval of a new source.
