- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W31P4Q-07-T-0285 is being issued as a request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisi tion Circular 2005-16. CLIN 0001 will be issued for 2 each Model 74 Analog Recorder. CLIN 0002 will be issued for 2 each Model 70-2048 Memory Upgrade. Award is to be made to Instrumentation and Engineering Services, Mary Esther, Florida. The place of d elivery, acceptance and FOB point is U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, 35898, marked for the attention of Rick Kulbacki, phone (256) 876-9165. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency, if received by April 5, 2007 noon, local time. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on Standard Form 1449 and will contain all clauses required by law, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Defense Fede ral Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of the award. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial; Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, OFFERORS MUST INCLUD E A COMPLETED COPY WITH THE OFFER OR NOTICE THAT ONLINE REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED; Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Stat utes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, are applicable to this acquisition.
