- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S .Army Technology Applications Office has a requirement for the following Item 0001, 100 each, P/N: SDCFX3-16384-902, SanDisk 16GB Extreme III Compact Flash Card. Item 0002, 38 each, P/N: 010-00321-02, Garmin GPS 18 with Serial Connector and 12 Volt Adapter. Pricing should be FOB destination to Norfolk, VA 23511. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. Responses must contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Request for Quotation number is W904TE-07-Q-7504. The NAICS code is 423430 and the small business size requirement is 100 employees. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items applies. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items applies. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and the clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
