- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) on behalf of the Office of the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction(SIGIR), intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) - FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to Lexis-Nexis, 1150 18th Street NW, Suite 600, Washington DC 20036 for a period of performance of twelve(12)months (1 Apr 2007 to 31 March 2008) for a subscription to Lexis-Nexis Large Group News File Access service. This notice is not a request for quotes. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. No phone calls will be accepted.
