- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) on behalf of the Office of the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction(SIGIR), intends to award a sole source task order under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) - FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B) - Onl y one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to Deloitte & Touche, 1750 Tysons Blvd, McLean VA 22102 for gathering and managing data and providing research and analysis capability to support the entirety of S IGIRs Congressionally mandated scope in accordance with Public Law(P.L.) 108-106 and providing program and integration management to SIGIR for the preparation, structuring, compiling of data, and production of the Quarterly Congressional Reports. This ac tion will result in a bridge task order against GSA Schedule # GS-23F-9801H, for a period of performance of 7-months (2 Apr 2007 to 31 Oct 2007), with a 3-month transition period (1 Nov 2007 to 31 Jan 2008). This notice is not a request for quotes. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. No phone calls will be accepted.
