- The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg AFB, CA intends to award a sole source firm-fixed priced service contract with CJ Seto Support Services, LLC., 2300 Knoll Dr Unit G, Ventura, CA 93003-3545. This acquisition is to provide the following: Green Procurement Program (GPP) Plan and maintain the GPP Learning Management Systems (LMS) and website where Computer Based Training (CBT) modules and reference materials will be hosted by contractor?s server. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 541511. The business size is $23M. The period of performance is from 2 April 2007 to 31 Mar 2010. The proposed contract is for items, which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 28 March 2007. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
