Description
The 77 Aeronautical Systems Group, Contracting Division (77 AESG/PSK) intends to negotiate and award an additional quanity of 39 seats via a contract modification to contract FA8904-07-C-1106 with Goodrich Corp/AMI, Colorado Springs CO (CAGE Code 31218), to manufacturer the Advanced Concept Ejection Seat II (ACES II) Emergency Ejection Seats for the F-16 Acft: CLIN 0001: 28 each ACES II Forward (Fwd) Seats with On-Board Oxygen Generating System (OBOGS), Universal Water Activated Release System (UWARS), Lap Belts and Canopy Link Assembly, NSN 1680-01-458-2436MH, P/N J114716-523; and CLIN 0002: 11 each ACES II AFT Seats with OBOGS, UWARS, Lap Belts and Canopy Link Assembly, NSN 1680-01-480-9381MH, P/N J114716-525. CLINs 0003 and 0004: Rocket Motor and are not separately priced. This requirement includes FMS and AF. Proposed delivery is four (4) each per month and is to commence 30 Jan 2009. Ship/To is 24 each to FY9310, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Forth Worth TX 76108 and 15 each to FB2065, Robins AFB GA 31098. FOB is Destination. Inspection & Acceptance will be Origin. Packaging Requirements shall be IAW AFMCFARS 5352.247-9009, Military Packaging and Marking and Appendix D of MIL-STD-2073-1, QUP 1, PRES-PACK B. Government Drawings/Specifications: Complete drawings are not available. Any concerns regarding this acquisition may be directed to the Contracting Officer. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels.
