- Description
- The Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration (PHMSA) intends to issue a delivery order on a full and open competition basis to continue technical support and provide information about Office of Hazardous Materials Safety (OHMS) regulations found in 49 CFR Parts 100-185, and their corresponding interpretations. This information is critical to OHMS, the regulated community, Federal, state, and local governments and environmental and public safety groups. PHMSA anticipates that the period of performance will be for a base year (12 months), and two (2) option years. This information MUST be emailed to eric.hilton@dot.gov or faxed to his attention at (202) 366-7974 not later than 4:00 p.m. EDT on April 10, 2007.
