PR-No.: IQC07051009075. NSN 5985-01-290-4763, Attenuator. This item is an approved (11332) General Microwave Corporation P/N MP4300A, (96341)M/A-COM, Inc. P/N MPM-359E and(97942) Northrop Gruman Systems P/N 585R214H08. Alternate Offers must submit a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. Alternate offers may only be submitted during the solicitation and are not permitted after award. See Notes 26. Quantity to-be-determined to be delivered at the rate of 15-each in 30 days ADO, and any balance to be delivered at the rate of 15-each every 30-days thereafter. All shipments are to be CONUS. Various quantity increments solicited: 10 to 24, 25 to 49, 50 to 99, 100 to 150. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. This solicitation is an IQC and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of April 16, 2007. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Adequate specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. This solicitation is unrestricted. Approved sources are General Microwave Corp. M/A COM Inc. Northrop Gruman Systems. The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of one (1) 12-months Basic Contract, and one (1) 12-months option period. The total duration shall not exceed 24-months. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of proposals, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
