- PR-No.: IQC07059009011, NSN 5905-01-127-8694, Resistor, Thermal. The approved sources are (07217) Honeywell Associates, Inc, P/N 625420-3-1 and 65410 Thermocontrol, Inc. P/N 200037-1. Alternate Offers must submit complete adequate data because the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. Alternate offers may only be submitted during the solicitation and are not permitted after award. Quantity to-be-determined at the rate of 90-each in 340 days ADO, and any balance delivered at the rate of 10-each every 30-day thereafter. Various quantity increments solicited: 10 to 29, 30 to 49, 50 to 99, 100-149, 150 to 243 Other Than Full and Open Competition applies FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. All shipments are CONUS.. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 16 APRIL 2007. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of one (1) 12-month base year, and two (2) 12-months option period. The total duration shall not exceed 36-months. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of proposals,, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
