All shipments are to be CONUS. Various quantity increments solicited: 50 to 99, 100 to 1,999, 2,000 to 3,999, 4,000 to 5,999 and 6000 to 7,500.. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Full and Open Competition applies. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 16 APRIL 2007. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Commerical CID available. This solicitation is unrestricted. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERICAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of one (1) 12-months Basic Contract, and two (2) 12-months option period. The total duration shall not exceed 36-months. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of proposals, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
