- Amendment #2 is here by issued to the combine synposis/solicitation to provide the following answers to the questions that follow: * Could you please provide me with the average weights of the Self-Contained Compactor and the two 30 yard open top dumpsters? The average weight of the compactors is not available. * What time could we service the equipment? Equipment could be serviced at anytime since the building operates 24/7. * Could I schedule a site visit to confirm the specifics of the loading dock ramp and height? This would be done on or before Friday March 16th? The containers are outside therefore a site visit is not necessary. * Upon submitting the bid what other information do you need besides pricing? If Hazardous waste needs to be handled what procedures do you have in place to handle the hazardous waste. The hazardous waste that is at the facility is fluorescent lights. * What format would you like to receive pricing? In word or excel format? The format can be in either word or excel it is up to you. * We generally invoice open top dumpsters and compactors as a dumping (tonnage), hauling and rental for the compactor. Is this the method you would like to be invoiced? If, so, this is the format I will submit the pricing on the RFP. Yes this is the method you can use for invoicing. All other terms and conditions will remain the same. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-MAR-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
