- Description
- The SEC intends to establish one contract vehicle which encompasses the SEC's CFMS requirements; however, subcontracting and/or teaming are encouraged in a manner which is transparent to the Government. The SEC reserves the right to make single or multiple awards for these services, as well as the right to make no award pursuant to this RFP. In the event of multiple awards for these services, multiple awards will not be made in a manner that encompasses both tasks. A separate award may be made for Project No. 1 - Child Development Center (CDC) and Project No. 2 - Commission-Wide Program to Replace And/Or Upgrade Office Furniture. The intent is to contract with one vendor to manage the entire CFMS process; however, multiple awards may be considered to manage Project 1 and Project 2 independently.
