- The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source contract to Reuters America,Inc for the provision of IT telecommunications and electronic information, delivering real-time historical and comprehensive financial information, via Reuters Securities 3000 Xtra and Reuters/Bridge Workstation and data feeds. This information is provided for the U.S. and international financial markets with analytical capabilities. The information shall be provided via a high speed connection on SEC-owned personal computers. Reuters, America, Inc. is the only known source that possesses the historical capability required by the SEC. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency. This is a Notice of Intent, not a Solicitation. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement, and no other information will be provided. The period of performance for this contract will be from time of award till one year after award. Two option years maybe awarded with the base year.
