King Pin Height - 48? Wheel Well - Covered w/steel Check Plate Loading Ramps - Hydraulic Flip Tail Landing Gear - Two Speed ? 50,000 lbs ?D? Rings ? 16 Widening Brackets ? Yes Tool Box in Gooseneck ? Yes Lights ? Sealed Wiring Harness Axle - 25,000lb Capacity - Type 30 Air Chambers, Auto Slack, ABS Suspension ? Ridewell ? Air Ride Wheels ? Disc ? Hub Piloted Tires ? 235/70R17.5 Paint ? Black Winch ? 20,000 with Remote The Period of Performance for this procurement is 30 days desired and 60 days required. Failure by the offeror to submit an offer not conforming to the aforementioned Period of Performance shall render the offer non-responsive, and the offer shall subsequently be rejected. There shall be no hard copies of the solicitation, technical specification, or drawings. All of the aforementioned information with respect to this acquisition will only be available electronically at the following address: http://procurement.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/EPS/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=64 . **All offerors are reminded to check the above noted web address for the most current information with respect to this acquisition. Additionally, upon release of the solicitation all offerors are reminded that all correspondence with regard to the same shall be coordinated through the office of Procurement.** This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. (See FBO numbered notes #1.) All such sources certified by ORCA (Online Representations and Certifications Application) may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 333924 and 750 employees respectively. The DPAS Rating for this procurement is DO-C9. The Government intends to acquire this commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Government reserves the exclusive right to award to other than low offer on this "Best Value" procurement. FOB is destination. The anticipated release date of this RFQ is on or about March 30, 2007, with responses due NLT 3:00 PM (Central Standard Time), April 18, 2007.
