- Description
- The Library of Congress has a requirement for the services of installation and operation on the contractor's computer of Comprehensive Mailing List System (CMLS) and Batch-Oriented Inventory Control System (BPHICS) and the web-based online data entry and research application (NLS WebNet). Requirements includes document processing, data entry maintenance of the CMLS and BPHICS databases, support of existing software, ongoing development, hotline technical support, and administrative and project management duties. Existing sets of programs will be provided. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be posted on FedBizOpps on or about December 7, 2006. Offers will be due approximately 30 calendar days after the solicitation issue date, and award may occur approximately 30 days thereafter.
