- LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in Richland, PA. REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 5,635 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (BOAF) for use by the federal tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. This space must be contiguous and located on the second floor or higher. The Government also requires 4 surface parking spaces to be designated for use by the US Government. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the area bounded by: North: To Route 56 (Jamestown Expressway) South: To Route 56 / Scalp Avenue East: Eisenhower Boulevard West: To Route 219 / Theatre Drive LEASE TERM: Ten years; five years firm EXPRESSION OF INTEREST shall be submitted no later than March 28, 2007 and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square feet 3. Rental Rate per Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square foot 4. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 5.
