- On behalf of HUD-Office of Inspector General, the Bureau of the Public Debt intends to award on a sole-source basis, a commercial service contract to Elliott-Lewis Corporation, 2900 Black Lake Place, Philadelphia, PA 19154, to obtain space alteration services. The General Services Administration has delegated authority to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to manage and operate the Weaver Building, which is also the HUD Headquarters facility. The Office of Administrative and Management Services serves as the representative for HUD and designates/authorizes service providers for the Weaver Building. The Elliott-Lewis Corporation is the sole service provider for all alterations in the Weaver Building, 451 7th Street, SW, Washington, DC. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than March 30, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. EST. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to Elliott-Lewis Corporation. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
