- The Armed Forces Retirement Home located in Washington, DC has a requirement for Roof Replacement. This project entails replacing a 90,000 SF roof on a 7-story structure that is approximately 90 feet in height. The existing roof must be removed and disposed of as applicable. This is a total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
