- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote (RFQ) for the required supplies and services as required by solicitation N00189-07-T-0190. A complete statement of work and technical attachments shall be obtained directly from this contracting office. FISC Norfolk intends to purchase a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Requirements (IDTC-Requirements) type contract for the following: Husbanding services in support of one (1) class I ship , two (2) class II ship, two (2) class III ship, and one (1) class IV ship. Port Everglade, FL the latter part of April 2007 (exact dates and technical attachments are available upon request). The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the statement of work therein. Pricing shall be completed in accordance with Attachment 1, Pricing Spreadsheet provided therein. The following guidance is provided to the pricing spreadsheet: PORT TARIFF: "PT" shall be inserted in CLINs that are port tariff items in Attachment 1, Pricing Spreadsheet. The Contractor shall not charge prices for any services in excess of Port Tariff Rates or other publicly established prices (e.g. telephone service). The contractor should submit supporting documentation for port tariff items. Definition of DAY: Except for Bus rental, a contract day is defined as a twenty-four (24) day, or any portion thereof in accordance with the statement of work herein. Any portions less than 4 (four) hours will be prorated as detailed in the statement of work.
