- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract on a sole source basis from Carleton Life Support, Inc., 2734 Hickory Grove Road, Davenport, IA 52808-4508 for engineering studies and investigation, technical data, integrated logistics support, engineering drawings and data, system/component improvement, testing, spare and repair parts, technical manuals, interim support materials, and provisioning technical documentation in support of On-Board Oxygen Generating System(OBOGS) equipment and related support equipment (SE). This includes the GGU-7/A, GGU-12/A, GGU-22/A OBOGS/ OBIGGS Concentrators and any derivates, oxygen regulators and Solid State Oxygen Monitor (SSOM). The resulting Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) will include a base year and two option years. Carleton Technologies, Inc. is the sole developer and manufacturer of the OBOGS technology/equipment and as such is the only firm possessing the knowledge, facilities, equipment, and technical data necessary to meet the government's requirement.
