Description

The U. S. Geological Survey, WRD, GSA Center,Guayanabo, PR intends to make award on a sole source basis, to Perforaciones E. Campos, Inc., Caguas, Puerto Rico to construct 3 piezometers including the drilling of 3 wells to accomodate the piezometers.. Perforaciones E. Campos, Inc has been used over the past several years with satisfactory results. The WRD has determined that after considedring alternative sources that Perforaciones E. Campos, Inc. can provide the best value to the government since the alternative souces did not have all the necessary equipment. There is no written solicitiation for this requirement. This award will be made on or about March 16, 2007 under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $100,000.00. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237990. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No additional synopsis will be published.
