Description: GovWorks is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) who has a requirement for Professional Surveying and Mapping Services for developing an orthophoto and topographic database for the area known as the Herbert Hoover Dike (HHD) in south Florida.
