- Great Plains Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for accreditation of residency training programs at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX. This requirement will be processed under Commercial Item Procedures IAW FAR Part 12. It i s the intent of the government to negotiate this procurement on a mandatory sole source basis but any responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. Award will be made on or about 21 Mar 2007. Solicitation will be issued on or about 12 Mar 2007 and will be available at: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/gov_personnel_main.cfm.
