- The US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, Bonneville Lock and Dam Project, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) supply contract to a contractor able to furnish one Cameron Turbo Air 2000 Series, or an approved equivalent, per the follow ing specifications and requirements: three-stage, oil free centrifugal air compressor, rated at 200 horsepower (HP); 21.41 HP/100cfm; with an input speed of 3600 rpm; delivered capacity of 990 ICFM; discharge pressure of 115 psig; water-cooled. All speci fications and requirements are to be found in Statement of Work (SOW). The location of the centrifugal new battery system is the Cascade Locks, OR Bonneville Lock and Dam, Powerhouse #1; therefore, size equivalent is critical for access and the performanc e of maintenance or repair. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. The performance period for this contract for delivery of the centrifugal compressor will be no later than 10 12 weeks after date of award. This solicitation is unrestricted; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333912, with a small business standard size of 100 employees. The solicitation package (technical data package) will be available for download, on or about 16 March 2007 through FedTeDs, www.fedteds.gov, you must be registered in FedTeDs to download this solicitation. All responses to the RFQ will be due on 30 March 2007, by 4:00pm (PST). Responses received after that date and time will not be considered. Please be aware that facsimiles will not be accepted.
