DESC: 1240-01-057-0112, Part Number 11748090. The item to procure is a Level, Fire Control. C/O: Tube Level Vial 11733734; Vial, Level 11733731; Lamp, Radioluminous 11729510. There is a contract maximum of 3,000 each for the Level, Fire Control. For use o n the 60mm Mortar. DESC: 1240-01-051-8472, Part Number 11733745. The item to procure is a Lamp, Unit Radioluminous. Contains Radioactive Material. C/O: Plastic Holder, 11733743 and Tritium Filled Glass Vial, 11733744-1. There is a contract maximum of 1,800 each for the Lamp , Unit Radioluminous. For use on the 60mm Mortar. DESC: 5355-01-342-2421, Part Number 9356167. The item to procure is a Dial, Control. C/O: Scale, 9356179; Knob, 9356173; (2) Radioluminous Lamps, 11733744-2. There will be a guaranteed minimum quantity of 200 each and a contract maximum quantity of 3,000 each for the Dial, Control. For use on the 120mm Mortar. FOB is Destination. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Estimated issue date is 2 April 2007.
