- Description
- The US Joint Munitions & Lethality Life Cycle Management Command (JM&L LCMC), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for the manufacturing of Box, Pallet Type, Wirebound, Packing Ammo, For 105MM HOW W/Fuze (USAF Use Only), in accordance with TDPL 9278402. A base quantity for FY07 of up to 500 is required to support the Air Force Load, Assemble and Pack (LAP) of 105mm Howitzer PGU-44/B and PGU43/B cartridges with a delivery schedule starting in July of 2007 with a production rate of at least 50 units per month. In addition to the base quantity, there are potential options for four separate production quantities FY08??? FY11, which are as follows: Option 1-Up to 1,000, Option 2-Up to 1,200, Option3-Up to 1,200, Option 4-Up to 1,000. This action shall be awarded as a result of a competitive solicitation limited to qualified/registered HUB Zone businesses. A firm- fixed price contract shall be utilized for this effort. The Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be available electronically at the following Internet address: http://procnet.pica.army.mil on or about 15 days from the date of this announcement. NOTE: Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database by accessing the CCR web site at http://www.ccr.gov in order to be eligible for contract award. Proposals shall be required within 30 days of the issuance of the RFP.
