- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S .Army Technology Applications Office has a requirement for the following Offerors must state with their offer how soon delivery will be made after award. No substitutions are allowed. Media must be provided for all items. No substitutions are permitted. Immediate Delivery Is Requested. Pricing should be FOB destination to Lexington, KY 40512. This re quirement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. Responses must contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Request for Quotation number is W904TE-07-Q-7503. The NAICS code is 423430 and the smal l business size requirement is 100 employees.
