- Description
- The Project and Contracting Office (PCO), Baghdad, Iraq has a requirement for the purchase of spare parts (17 CLINS anticipated) for a General Electric TM 2500 Combustion Turbine in support of Baiji Power Station, Salah Al Din Governorate,Iraq. The Government will establish a Firm-fixed priced Purchase Order with the successful offeror pursuant to FAR Part 12 ?Acquisition of Commercial Items? using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. (FAR Part 13). Contractor shall provide a quotation for each CLIN in the ?Schedule of Supplies and Services? for their quotation to be considered responsive to the forthcoming Solicitation. The Schedule will be evaluated and awarded on an ?All or None? basis. This acquisition is subject to DFARS Provision 252.225-7035 BAA-TAA-BoPP Certificate (Oct 2006). Contractor shall pay the cost of insurance and freight for all parts to be delivered to Baghdad International Airport (BIAP), Iraq. The anticipated delivery date for all parts to BIAP is 16 April 2007).
