- The Capital District Contracting Center has a requirement for a contractor to perform pre-production, production and event production services for the U.S. Army Military District of Washington (MDW), D.C Spirit of America 2007 (SOA 2007) production. The contractor will provide overall technical planning for the events, to include meetings, site surveys, and development of technical specifications. The performances will be held at Manchester, NH and Pittsburg, PA. The pre-production and post-producti on work will be accomplished in Washington D.C area. Spirit of America is an Army showcase that brings the Army story to the public, honors the past and present sacrifices of American soldiers, and enhances Army reruiting efforts.
