- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Bono Film and Video, Inc, 3200 Lee Highway, Arlington, VA 22207. The contractor shall electronic ally archive a historical film/video library in support of APG. Bono Films has unique capabilities in handling fragile film stock due to its experience with the National Archives and the Presidential Libraries materials. Their film transport mechanism is sprocket-less which is a necessity when handling old film stock. They have completed assignments for Aberdeen Proving Ground in a timely professional manner when tasked in the past. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 512199 and the size standard is $6.5M gross revenues. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time, March 19th, 2007. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
