- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Syracuse Research Corporation, 6225 Running Ridge Road, North Syracuse, NY 13212-2510. The contr actor shall electronically archive a historical film/video library in support of APG. The Microbial Risk Assessment Center of Excellence housed within the Syracuse Research Corporation (SRC) has the unique capability to develop the physiological extrapolation model for use with Bacillus anthracis dose response data that has been collected f or the US Army sources, as well as open literature. SRC currently has employees that have the necessary skills to develop the model and microbiologists who can interpret the output. The combination of knowledge is critical to develop a meaningful model tha t will be used in a microbial risk. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541511 and the size standard is $23.0M gross revenues. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notic e must be received no later than 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time, March 19th, 2007. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
