- CLASSIFICATION CODE: S ? SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform contracted services, unless specified as provided by the Government. Contractor tasks include: Provide snow removal services necessary to ensure snow and ice are removed from all paved surfaces, paved roadways, dirt roadways, etc, in accordance with the statement of work. This is a commercial acquisition, which will result in a blanket purchase agreement. Services will be performed on Lakehurst Naval Air Engineering Station on an as needed basis indefinitely. This solicitation is a request for quotes and is issued as 100% Small Business competitive under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 4959, NAICS code is 488490 and the related Small Business Size Standard is $5 million. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the time of award. Solicitation will be issued on or about 16 March 2007. Due date will be stated in the solicitation. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 305 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must have a Commercial and Government Entity code (CAGE code).
