- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT that the Government intends to make a Sole Source award, in accordance with FAR 12 as authorized by FAR 6.302-1a(2)(iii), to Red Sky Technologies, Inc. Red Sky Technologies, Inc is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement is for E911 Manager Software Maintenance and Support. This procurement is being issued with a North American Commercial Code of 511210 and Size Standard of $6.5M. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
