- In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 13.106(b)(1), the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Minneapolis MN, intends to award a sole source contract to White Cell Med Staffing. Due to the urgent nature of this need the proposed contract action is for internal medicine physician services for the Urgent Care department for a three month time period. With the intent to follow VA Directive 1663 for a follow-on contract. Any interested parties of this follow on contract shall contact Lee Wiech at 612-467-2178. No Solicitation shall be issued. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals. Performance period is 3 months after award date. Interested parties may email capability statements to the attention of Julie Stout at: Julie.stout@va.gov. Capability statements must be received within 3 days from this publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
