- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration intends to issue a solicitation to obtain non-personal technical and management support services for the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Program under the Joint Program Office (JPO). This competitive acquisition is a 100% 8(a) set-aside procurement; the NAICS code is 561990. Only those firms registered in SBA's 8(a) program will be considered. The Government anticipates award of a cost-reimbursable contract. The period of performance is for one (1) twelve month base year and four (4) twelve month option years. The source selection decision will be based upon overall best value to FHWA: price and non-price factors considered. This solicitation will be available on or about March 30, 2007. A thirty (30) day response time is planned. The solicitation will only be released and available electronically at http://www.fbo.gov. Accordingly, NO written, telephone, facsimile or e-mail requests for the solicitation will be accepted.
