- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICE This is Amendment No.2 to Sources Sought Notice for Psychological Services. The following questions were received and the answers are provided below. The Response Date will not be extend and remains March 23, 2007 1. Question: What is (are) the test tool/instrument(s) used now by one or more of the current contractors? Answer: The current instrument in use is PSR Plus 2. Question: Does Department of State/INL like/dislike the tool ? if not, why? Answer: INL have limited knowledge of the test, other than it is designed for public safety professionals. 3. Question: Do the contractor and client like the present psychologist personnel being used now? Answer: INL is not privileged to that information. 4. Question: Does Department of State/INL have a favored test method ? hardcopy or electronic, or combo? Answer: Currently INL do not view or use the written assessments; so there would be no preference. SUBMISSION INFORMATION DATE/TIME: Submissions are due on or before March 23, 2007 at 3:00 pm local time. Proposals may be submitted to P. L.
