- Description
- The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Head Start, through the Program Support Center (PSC), has a requirement to develop and implement an evaluation of specific program enhancements or practices within Head Start settings serving three-, four-, and five-year old children, nation-wide. This project will evaluate the practices intended to improve children?s social-emotional development. It is anticipated that one cost-reimbursement type contract will be awarded for a 78-month period. Responses to the Request for Proposal package will be due within 60 calendar days following the actual date of issuance of the RFP. Award of this requirement is anticipated by September 30, 2007. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the PSC.
