- The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, supervision, materials, tools, and other incidentals to perform all work required to complete activities normally associated with culvert installations; installation of 16 gauge 18? or 24? diameter polymer coated corrugated steel pipe (PCCSP), removal and disposal of existing culverts off government property, new culvert location installation, providing for proper inlet and outlet, spreading and compacting clay gravel, and machine placed riprap . The work is to be performed within the boundaries of the DeSoto Ranger District, National Forests in Mississippi. This is a Request for Proposals which will result in a firm-fixed price contract. The contract is to be completed by work orders issued from award of contract through Fiscal Year 2007. This acquisition is available for full and open competition. The NAICS code is 237310 with a size standard of $31.0 million. The government?s estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. An offer guarantee is required in the amount of 20% of the total offer.
