- Road Grading. Issue: 03/23/07 Due: 04/06/07. The Kootenai National Forest, Libby, Three Rivers and Cabinet Ranger Districts are soliciting quotes for road grading maintenance of Forest roads. Five motor graders will be needed: Two for the Libby Ranger District, One in the Yaak area, One in the Troy area, and One on the Cabinet Ranger District. Estimated start work date is April 16, 2007. Multiple contract awards are expected.
