- Aerial Photography services for 8-1/4 inch (210mm) camera focal length, 9 inch x 9 inch format color negative film for Cibola National Forest and National Grasslands, New Mexico/Oklahoma/Texas, approximately 2,846 linear miles, 1:24,000 scale, to be acquired during the approximate flying season of May 1, 2007 through October 15, 2007. Solicitation (RFP)USDA-FS-9-07 will be issued on or about March 30, 2007, with proposals due April 30, 2007. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. This RFP is subject to the Availability of Funds Clause (FAR 52.232-18).
