- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Item 2840-00-786-5113, 0013954605, Synchronizing Ring, P/N 37D401337P101 is a configuration control item sole source to General Electric Company (CAGE 99207). Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Total Quantity: 152 each; quantity from Clin 0001- 65 pieces are to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA and quantity from Clin 0002- 87 pieces are to be delivered to Tracy, CA with a delivery of 282 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is March 19, 2007 with a closing date of March 23, 2007. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ?
