- This is an AMENDMENT to Topical Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for In-Ground Fiber Optic Sensor Systems for Detection, Classification, and Localization of Explosions, Explosive Device Placement, and Border Intrusions, BAA #070334. The link to the complete announcement is corrected to read - http://www.npt.nuwc.navy.mil/contract/. The closing date included in the proposal instructions is amended to read 11 DECEMBER 2006. Full proposals shall be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, 11 DECEMBER 2006. One (1) ?original? and three (3) copies of the full proposal along with one CD-ROM in ?word? format are required. Organizations wishing to participate in this requirement will be required to submit their proposals to the Commercial Acquisition Department, Building 11, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, Attn: Nancy Howard, Code 5912B Simonpietri Drive, Newport, RI 02841-1708. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-NOV-2006).
