- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additonal information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Special Warfare Development Group, Virginia Beach, Virginia has a potential requirement to procure the following: Clin 0001, Remove three existing 3' wide slide doors and replace the doors with three swing doors with no locks. End user will weld a magnetic lock to the upper half of the door. Door to be gray, 6 gauge, 2" diamond mesh this requirement includes installation. Clin 0002, One run, 26 feet, 78 x 78 x 108 high with roof, 4 wall, standard wire type 192, 6 gaguge, 2" diamond woven wire with gray powder coat finish. Cage to have a pair of hinged doors 5' wide, and padlock lugs, this requirement includes installation of anchoring to the deck. Clin 0003, Wire partition 60 1/2" wide by 14' 3" high, standard wire, painted gray in color, 6 gauge, 2" diamond mesh to include one 3' wide personnel door this requirement includes shipping. Clin 0004, One run 26 linear feet, 7' high with roof, 78 x 78, 4 wall, type 192, standard wire 2" diamond 6 gauge woven wire with gray powder coat finish. Cage to have a pair of out swing doors, Installation includes anchoring to the deck. Clin 0005, Three wall, 15 linear feet, 5x5x7 high, type 192, standard wire, 6 gauge, 2" woven wie partitions with gray powder coat finish. Each cage to have a pair of out swing doors 5' wide with padlock lugs. Each cage to have rooftop, this requirement includes installation. Clin 0006, One run, 26 linear feet, 6'6" x 6'6" x 7' high standard wire galvanized, 6 gauge, 2" woven wire partitions. Cage to have a door opening of 5' wide with double swing doors secured with hasp for padlock. Cage to include roof, installation to include anchoring to deck. Technical Point of Contact is Russell Ream, 757-893-2935. H92244-07-T-0040 is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Submit written offers; oral orders will not be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-15, Addendum 12 February 2007. North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 337215 applies to this procurement. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO. This procurement is a small business set-aside. Proposals received after this timeframe shall not be considered for award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government based on price. The prospective offeror must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at http://www.ccr.gov to be considered for award.
