Description

OFFICE SPACE WANTED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT 7TN2022 The General Services Administration is seeking to lease office space consisting of approximately 8,387 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must yield 7,293 ANSI/BOMA useable square feet of space, together with 2 on site parking spaces available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Location: The building offered must be located within the downtown CBD of Memphis, TN and within 2 city blocks of the Clifford Davis Federal Building located at 167 North Main Street, Memphis, TN. The building offered must be of sound and substantial construction, not be classified lower than Class B space and must be altered to meet the Government's requirements. Lease Term: The space is required for ten years, five years firm with termination rights after the firm term, by the Government after giving 90 days notice in writing. The lease must be fully serviced. Tenant: Executive Office for United States Trustees Occupancy Desired: July 1, 2007. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot 3. Method of Measurement used to determine rentable square feet 4.
