- The General Services Administration seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 7,750 rentable square feet in Ogdensburg, NY. The rentable space should yield 6,570 ? 6,900 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. Delineated Area: North: St. Lawrence River; South: State Route 37; East: St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center; West: Woodford Avenue The proposed lease is for ten years, five years firm and must be fully serviced. All space on one floor is preferred but space on no more than two contiguous floors will be considered. All space must be contiguous on the floors offered and all floors offered must be contiguous. The offered space must meet government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Expressions of interest should include: 1. Building name and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Method of Measurement used to determine rentable square feet 4. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
