- The Bureau of Public Debt on behalf of Financial Management Services, seeks a contractor to clean microfilm that was exposed to water during a flood. A portion of a collection of microfilm cartridges belonging to the Financial Management Service (FMS) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury were exposed to water during a flood incident that occurred on June 25, 2006. The microfilm contains copies of negotiated Treasury checks. Work Description: The contractor is required to pick up the approximately 2018 reels of microfilm at FMS in Hyattsville, Maryland, clean the film at the contractors facility and return the film to FMS.
