Description: The Strategic Systems Programs intends to issue a solicitation limited to 8(a) firms to provide the technical analytical, programmatic, training, and conference administration support in the areas of arms control treaty implementation and compliance (ACTI&C) requirements analysis, arms control training program development, verification inspection support, and compliance analysis of Navy and Marine Corps programs and activities.
